The East Diamond Private Residential Complex is designed to house employees of the Dhahran US General Consulate and major American/European/International companies performing contracts in the Dhahran/Al-Khobar area of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
EDPRC Project is comprising over 1200 units including executive villas, four, three and two-bedroom villas, as well as over 300 townhouses and apartments of one and two bedroom. An 82-room hotel as well as a primary and urgent care medical clinic, major sport center, Supermarket, Recreation Center etc. An 18hole Golf Course with Club House and a 120-room hotel are included.
A New American International School of about 1,500 to 2,000 students including all appropriate facilities such as sports, library, etc.
