The Mesa Verde Resort and Country Club Complex project is designed to provide to certain USA prospective tenants including the US government and major Fortune 100 companies, working in Riyadh area, a new concept of residential facilities. The main concerns design is oriented to: Security, western motif and entertainment facilities.
MVRCC conceptual design, will provide once completed, 28 executive villas, nearly 900 villas (four, to two bedroom), and over 580 townhouses and apartments (one & two bedroom). A 200-room hotel is also contemplated along with a primary and urgent care medical clinic, major sport center, equestrian club hypermarket, recreation centers,
A New American International School - Riyadh (AIS-R2), the school is originally planned to accommodate about 1,500 to 2,000 students including all appropriate facilities such as sports, library, ... an 18-hole PGA golf course and club house, arena and theater, man-made lakes, The golf course is designed to PGA Champion course standards and operated in partnership with Golf Saudi.
This whole Mesa Verde complex is a construction investment value of over US$800Million.
